Course Design and eLearning Production

LearnStudios was engaged to work with Central Gippsland Health Service to design and develop a suite of training modules to support the implementation of Person Centred Care principles throughout their organisations. The modules were to meet the training needs of all staff across clinical and non-clinical functions, and promote the cultural adoption of the processes and philosophies that underpin Person Centred Care. The project began with extensive consultation and workshops with representatives of the whole health service in order to establish and agree upon the key learning objectives, standards and content for the training. Once the content framework was approved, the eLearning development process involved detailed instructional design, script writing for video content, video shooting and editing, module authoring and ultimately publishing the modules for distribution through Central Gippsland Health Service's Learning Management System.
